Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance, fully equipped kitchen and outside seating area or spend time as a group at the large, Mickey Mouse-shaped, heated salt water pool or spa.Our lakefront property is situated at 604 North Shore Drive, the prime location in Anna Maria, close to Bean Point. The most beautiful part of the white sandy beach is only a few steps away across the street.Go fishing, observe Manatees or use one of our kayaks for a trip from the private dock on Vista Lake right behind the house. Although each unit has its own private terrace/patio/pergola with private outdoor furniture and grills, there are plenty common areas like pool deck, giant chess board, putting green that can be used by all guests.After a sunny day at the beach our private outdoor showers are a welcome possibility to cool off. Take a dip into the large heated saltwater pool (automatic heat pump set to 80°F in cold season) that boasts a hot tub (Spa hours: 1PM-10PM, heat-up time 20-40 minutes, target temperature 99°F) in a tropical paradise setting. A perfect motto for a family picture. Relax in the flat water area or go for a swim in the large pool.Our ground level suites with wide doors and low raise showers are handicapped friendly and welcome guests of all ages. To make your stay even more comfortable, we constantly maintain and renovate our property and provide you with all amenities of modern living like highspeed Internet via WiFi, private dishwashers, full sized washers and dryers.Outside air temperature and humidity in Florida can reach very high levels during the summer months. Our Multisplit Air Conditioning Systems are regulated for both heating and cooling to ensure consistent and safe operation of the unit during your stay. Our AC thermostats can be set to cool at a minimum of 72°F during the summer and they can be set to heat the unit up to 78°F during winter months. These parameters are based on manufacturer and AC tech recommendations and they ensure that you will have the best possible stay with us, without interruptions.You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level. Please be mindful of loud music and loud voices or activities, especially around the pool area. Excessive and unreasonable noise is prohibited by local ordinances and can deprive people of the peaceable enjoyment of their private property.
