Den/Office with entry doors, custom built-in cabinetry with desk, flat screen TV and Queen Trundle Bed. Great Room Features a Fire Place, Flat Screen TV, and DVD player. Beautiful furnishings throughout. The Kitchen is appointed with Granite Counter-tops, Center Island, Stainless Appliances, Gas Stove/Oven, Breakfast Bar w/ Bar Stools, a spacious Kitchen Nook with Bay Window, Shutters, and glass doors that open out to the extended covered furnished patio with Gas Grill. Washer & Dryer, sink and cabinets in Laundry Room. 3 Car Garage- (One is a golf cart space- FYI: There is NO golf cart available.) Central Air, plus Ceiling Fans in Nook, Bedrooms, Den and Great Room. Minimum rental stay is one month (as required by Sun City Grand) Full Calendar Month Rentals Only – Rental period is the 1st of the month until the last day of the month. No partial Months.
