Failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300.There is a company that provides maintenance to the pool weekly and will enter through the patio to clean. This may occur during your booking. Do not use soaps, shampoo or oils, in the pool. Any damage or malfunction of the pool will have a $300 fine plus the bill for repairs.Heated pool option is available for $40/day, added to the full length of stay. Pool/spa heating service must be requested and approved prior to arrival.BBQ Grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane tank and propane must be provided by the guest.Report damages immediately. If you find a problem within the property or necessary repair, you must inform the host as soon as possible in order to take care of it in a timely manner. You will be charged for for damages if you damage the property, decoration, or furniture and for any missing items, including remotes.
