The House has three King beds, one Queen bed, one full bed and a set of bunk beds. The cleaning fee for the house is $600 per stay.If you have between 12 and 20 guests, you can add on the Casita which sleeps up to an additional 8 guests. The casita has one Queen bed, one Full bed, one pull out Sofa and a set of bunk beds. The Casita is currently $456 per night. The cleaning fee for the Casita is $150 per stay.If you have between 21 and 24 guests, you can add on the Apartment which sleeps up to an additional 4 guests. The Apartment has two Queen beds. The Apartment currently rents for $234 per night. The cleaning fee for the Apartment is $100 per stay.There will be a daily fee to heat the pool if desired during the colder months. The price will depend on the current market price of propane and usage amount.
