Welcome to our beautifully renovated family friendly villa within walking distance to the beach! The villa is located in a wonderful 24 hour gated community offering endless entertainment! The resort includes tennis courts, outdoor pools, pickleball, heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, bike rentals, fitness room, indoor track, volleyball, BBQ and picnic area, an onsite store and deli as well as easy access to Coco’s Oceanfront Bar & Grill. There is so much to do on the resort you will never want to leave!The spaceThis newly renovated villa is located on a quiet corner in Building 4 of Hilton Head Resort adjacent to the elevator. The private beach is just a relaxing 10-15 min stroll away and can also be accessible by complimentary shuttle service. The resort is right next door to the beautiful Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Golf Course, conveniently located next to the shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove, and only a short drive to the Tanger Outlets! The villa is located near many of the fabulous restaurants Hilton Head has to offer. The seasonal island trolley stops at Hilton Head Resort (Stop #13) every 30 minutes.
