Restored Artist’s House in Heart of VillageEclectic, recently renovated house circa 1880 located in the charming Greenport Village. Equipped with modern amenities, including a brand new kitchen, bathroom, central air conditioning, and heating. The house boasts 1 King-sized bedroom, 2 Queen-sized bedrooms, and 1 Full-sized room. There are two separate living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and beautifully updated bathrooms. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.Our house is situated on a quiet street, just a short 5-minute walk from the heart of town. The fenced-in yard features a large outdoor table, perfect for dining al fresco, and we welcome well-behaved pets. We’re also located a quick walk to the Jitney and LIRR as well as a quiet beach that’s perfect for afternoon dips.We are an NYC-based couple and are excited to share our art-filled home with you and provide recommendations for the best that Greenport has to offer!
