    Restored Artist’s House in Heart of VillageEclectic, recently renovated house circa 1880 located in the charming Greenport Village. Equipped with modern amenities, including a brand new kitchen, bathroom, central air conditioning, and heating. The house boasts 1 King-sized bedroom, 2 Queen-sized bedrooms, and 1 Full-sized room. There are two separate living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and beautifully updated bathrooms. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.Our house is situated on a quiet street, just a short 5-minute walk from the heart of town. The fenced-in yard features a large outdoor table, perfect for dining al fresco, and we welcome well-behaved pets. We’re also located a quick walk to the Jitney and LIRR as well as a quiet beach that’s perfect for afternoon dips.We are an NYC-based couple and are excited to share our art-filled home with you and provide recommendations for the best that Greenport has to offer! If you have any questions or would like to book, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re flexible on dates for this summer but would like renters who are interested in at least TWO WEEKS.
