Description
Come fall in love with our charming bungalow. Perfect stay for friends and family! Our home was built in 1959 and stands with original flooring. Has 2 bedrooms 1 bath, with an additional detached room and a HEATED pool. ☺️We are minutes away from historic Main Street in Safety Harbor. Steps away from known attraction, Whimzeyland. A 25 minute drive from Honeymoon Island State Park and Clearwater Beach.First bedroom has a queen sized bed with 4 pillows, closet space with hangers & a TV with ROKUSecond bedroom has a full sized bed with 4 pillows, closet space with hangers & TV with ROKUThe third detached room has a futon 2 pillows, dresser & TV with ROKU and XBox 1Additionally inside we have a blow up mattress pull out couch & a single cot. Additional pillows and blankets as well.Our home has no bathtub.Living room has 2 accent chairs, pull out couch, dresser & TV with ROKU.Dining table sits 4 people.Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, toaster, Keurig, pots, pans, dinnerware, etc.Outside we have seating on the front porch and by the pool.Our pool is heated!We have a washer and dryer available as well.Parking is available in the front and side yard. Please do not park in the grass. Additional parking available on side and front of house.Childproof pool cage available & outlet covers. If you may need any other childproofing, please let us know.We have ROKU’s on all TV’s but no cable.No daily cleaning service.Safety devices installed: Exterior security cameras located in the front and side yard. Absolutely no cameras inside any parts of your stay. Code door entry chafed per stay.We offer early check-ins, pool towels, speaker, Alexa, 2 adult bikes.Bikes are to be rode at your own risk.Pool is at your own risk.We are excited to have you!
