If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival you get 50% refund – we continue to offer this policy.For groups who can travel, we are providing a safe and private space for families who may wish to take a break thru this difficult time from the restrictions in their home state/country, or perhaps taking a vacation that was cancelled earlier in the year. Our condo offers our guests private space in comparison to hotels, to relax and fully enjoy – with no contact with other groups – plus the homes is spacious, fully equipped, for all group members to relax, enjoy family time, or perhaps are “working from home” and can utilize the high speed wifi. The wrap around outside balcony is just perfect to enjoy thru the day.The condo can be accessed by a stairway or the elevator ( I have yet to meet anyone when i take the stairs, or an elevator – its a quite condo area and a small number of units in the building)Grocery stores continue to be open in our area, and provide deliveries or curbside pick up as do restaurants, and all essential services continue to be provided.The terraces pool area is very quiet, it seems never more than 3 or 4 people in the pool AND ITS OLYMPIC SIZE. The deck is hardly used, but clean and maintained, you may catch a resident reading and relaxing at the end of the day. Thee are loungers -tables and chairs, sun umbrellas on the deck, or use the covered Gazebo for shade.We hope you feel comfortable in using our space to relax and get much needed vacation time. The condominium is on the third floor (Top) to enjoy the panoramic views and over looks the Arnold Palmer golf course at the 5th green. There are several elevators in the building.* It’s a corner unit, so you get 3 x the balcony space. We have furnished this balcony area with 2 sun loungers – bar table with 6 cushioned bar stools- plus a conversational seating area – guests can relax at the end of a day from being at the parks, unwind and share their day.* You also have access to the Terraces lap pool, whirlpool spa – paved pool deck with loungers and tables/umbrellas etc plus a picnic area with grills and restroomsWe also offer help with a reputable local discount ticket company with a price match guarantee – ( not timeshare) let Michelle know if interested.*’The condo has been furnished to a high standard, working with a designer.
