It is equipped with a New 65″ 4K Samsung flat screen television with Bose sound system, leather sectional couch, with cocktail table that converts into seating for four (4) in front of the television, new dining room table with eight chairs, new accent table, lamps and accessories.The spacious Master bedroom includes a king and twin bed with linens, sitting chair and valet, and is situated on the main level. The private master bath has a newly remodeled walk out shower. The large guest room provides a queen and twin bed with linens, sitting chair, and is also situated on the main level. This bedroom also has its own private bath .The kitchen has new appliances, Silestone countertops, Keurig coffee machine, Blendtec blender, new cookware, flatware and dishware. The kitchen will accommodate eight (8) guest. There is a stackable washer / dryer. A gas grill is located on the back deck with view of the golf course.
