We have A/C, a new Samsung Smart flat screen TV, king sized sleigh bed with the Serta Euro top firm mattress ,hard wood floors through out the guest house,, gas stove, new microwave and a new Cuisinart coffee maker.We are walking distance to the Dinsmore Golf Course and The Mills Mansion on the famous Hudson River.
