Lots of cafe’s, restaurants, shops and nightlight are all only steps away – Walk to a local’s favorite, The Salty Dog, for a grouper sandwich and an ice cold beer, or Solorzano’s Pizza, another fave only a 3 minute walk and the Beach Club Nightclub has live entertainment along with pool tables…..all just around the corner. Only a 7 minute walk to sink your toes in the white famous powdery sand of Siesta Key Beach. Beach wagon provided!This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been updated beautifully in gorgeous beachy themed colors like turquoise and beige. The kitchen has stainless appliances including a dishwasher, glass top stove/oven with microwave above, a stainless fridge and in the closet is the stacked washer and dryer. The countertop is made with beautiful solid stone granite with newer cabinets including soft close drawers. Off the kitchen is the dining area where we have two square dining tables that seat 4 adults at each table – seating a total of 8. The living room area has a huge LG SmartTV including Xfinity. Plus WiFi throught the condo. Two sofa’s, one being a sleeper, gorgeous wood tile flooring and an area rug.There is both a keyless front and back door for entry into the condo. Park in the private parking lot out back or in the front. One is off the living room and the other is near the bedrooms. There is an ensuite master with a King bed, bunk bed (twin) ceiling fan 60″ wall mounted, LG Smart TV with cable, closet and night stands that include a built-in charge station, granite top vanity, beautifully tiled step-in shower with hand-held double shower heads. The second bedroom also has a King Bed, Smart TV, Cable, two night stands with built-in charging units for your phones, a ceiling fan to keep you cool and beautiful new wood tile floors. The guest bath is just around the corner. The renovated bathroom has a solid stone granite vanity, and new flooring.
