There is a large flat screen TV with digital cable, and premium home theater surround sound stereo.The kitchen is fully appointed with cooking, serving and dining ware. It has granite tops and high-end appliances including a professional Dacor stovetop, convection oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.The dining area has a table that will seat 6 people comfortably. A wet bar with granite top is attached to the dining area.There is a separate laundry room inside the house, that has a washer and dryer.High-Speed wireless internet is provided throughout the house and will also work on the patio and beach in front of the home.There is an off-street tandem parking space (2 spaces total). Note that the tandem bay was originally built at a time when vehicles were a little smaller, so if you have 2 full-sized SUV’s, they will not both fit into the bay.
