Owners have installed new wood laminate floors, no more carpet! The master bedroom has a King size bed and Smart TV with a private bath. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and is conveniently located next to the guest bathroom. There is a patio with views of the Comal River. There is also a futon in the living room that sleeps 2. The open living/ kitchen area is the perfect place to gather in the evening. Free WIFI and smart TV in the living room for streaming any service you subscribe to. This condo has a Keurig coffee maker. All bedrooms and bathrooms come stocked with high quality linens. Look no more, this is the condo for you!You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the second floor and there is an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
