Driveway holds 3 cars, plus ample street parking.Within 2 miles of the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport and less than a mile from Sarasota’s Bayfront Park.Located on a quiet side street, walking distance to main access road (US 41) with nearby restaurants/shops. It is located across the street from a Blue Ribbon Middle School.Other things to notePerfect central location to enjoy the beaches, museums, arts, and downtown Sarasota!*We abide by all Sarasota rental rules and regulations. One of which is a 7 day/7 night minimum rental period.
