Private and secluded, this beautiful hill country home is perfect for your Frio family vacation. The spacious, open floor plan allows for cooking, eating, and gathering your family and friends in a very comfortable way. The kitchen bar also has added seating. The split floor plan for the bedrooms is great. Each bedroom has a TV & private bath.Outdoors there is a large covered patio area which includes table & chairs, huge outdoor granite counter with sink and a 2nd refrigerator. To complete the outdoor amenities, there is a large, flat screen TV, fire pit, and BBQ pit located inside the fenced patio area. But best of all, the safety fenced pool is oversized, which makes RIO LOCO the perfect vacation home!To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice.
