Rising Tides Properties Condo 1202 is a Two Bedroom Condo located on the 12th Floor with a Private Balcony Overlooking the Breathtaking Atlantic Ocean. Oceanfront Condo 1202 is beautifully decorated, completely furnished with a fully equipped Kitchen. Also, this condo has a washer and dryer located in the unit. One queen sleeper sofa located in the living room, an open dinning area with a table for 4 people. One King size bed in the master bedroom with a Private Ensuite. One queen size bed in the guest bedroom. This beautiful condo provides a very cozy and relaxed atmosphere, welcoming you and your family to a wonderful stay. Non Smoking. No pets allowed . Must obey by HOA parking rules and regulations. Area great for long beach walks and close enough to Myrtle Beach but also far enough away. An hour and a half from Charleston. Garden City Beach is close to historic Georgetown, Brookgreen Gardens, as well as all the attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer. There are two outlet shopping centers within 30 minutes, lots of miniature golf and plenty for families to do.
