Relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of your Oceanfront condominium in Garden City, South Carolina. This family-friendly location provides attractions for all ages. The beautiful one-bedroom oceanfront condominium 609 is located on Waccamaw Dr., less than a mile from the Garden City Pier with the beach access only an elevator ride away. Condo 609 is completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate our guests. In addition, a washer and dryer are included in the unit. This remarkable condo provides one king Murphy bed located in the living room, an open dining area with an Island that seats 6, as well as a private balcony. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom with a private master bath including a tub/shower combination. Condo 609 sleeps 1-6 people only. The second bath is located off the hall with a walk-in shower. Sorry, NO pets allowed and non-smoking. Must obey by HOA parking rules and regulations. One parking pass permit will be provided during check-in. Condo 609 is ready for you to make long lasting memories!Rising Tides Properties Condominiums all offer a gorgeous oceanfront view with direct beach access.
