This spacious elevated open floor plan 2 bedroom 2 bath home with striking views of the lower Guadalupe river. Home is at the top of the lot looking down on the river. Beautiful views from all the windows facing the river. Wake up to the views and the natural wildlife. Lots of deer and beautiful scenery. Beautiful wood deck on the river with swim ladder nestled under huge cypress trees on the river. Great spot to hang out with family and friends. After a long day at the river sit by the fire enjoy the stars and roast smores! Plenty of space to camp. Beautiful night time sky’s filled with stars and fire flies. Enjoy the top deck and the nice cool breeze off the river at night.Water Toys included! 3 man Canoe, kayak, SUP, and inner tubes! We are not too far up river from Whitewater and popular tube spots.
