If you see anything you like, Joe is available for commissions. The first-floor master includes a master bath with a soaking tub, shower, and a walk-in closet. The garden level features two bedrooms, a full bath, and a family room with a wet bar, and plenty of room for friends or family!Floodlights allow you to enjoy the river views, day or night! Work from home or return at the end of the day to renew, relax, or unwind in your own personal sanctuary. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.• For liability reasons we respectfully ask that guests not access the river from this property.• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 – $500 fine• Please respect COVID-19 social distancing.• NO PETS ALLOWED.
