Location, location, location!! While it may take a car to get here, you can just park it and enjoy all that New Braunfels has to offer by foot!…..including river access on property.Just recently remodeled my condo with new flooring, larger master bath with walk in shower and new vanity. Second bath has new walk in shower with new vanity. Entire condo has been painted with new lighting and fans.There is a full kitchen for your use including Keurig coffee maker, toaster, coffee/creamer/sugar, basic seasonings, paper towels, bath tissue, shampoo, soap, garbage bags, dish soap, and cleaning supplies.Sleeps 6! But it is only 867 square feet.All bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels for pool / river use.Premium cable channels and free WifiA pool and hot tub are on the property for guest use and also grills and picnic tables.
