This means two adults, the children of the adults, and two other adult blood-related family members. If your group does not fit this description, please do not book this space.- The HOA allows up to two cars visible in the driveway (two in garage and two in the driveway) and does not permit trailers, RV’s, or commercial vehicles in any form.- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful – and wild – mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things.
