In addition to all that Town and the Mountain has to offer, CB South has an ice rink and groomed Nordic trails in the winter, and endless hiking in Cement Creek in the summer. The location offers easier driving in all weather without sacrificing views.Parking for 2 vehicles in front of townhouse and room for one small vehicle in garage. Absolutely no RVs, trailers or extra large vehicles allowed at property. No overflow parking.
