Description

This lovely riverfront cabin is located along the Hiwassee River. Built in 2006, this cabin has nearly 2,000 sq. ft. of living space. The cabin was remolded in June of 2022 with all NEW furniture and appliances! There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located downstairs and features a NEW king-sized bed. The master bath is adjacent and includes a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The two upstairs bedrooms are both furnished with two NEW queen beds in each room. The second full bathroom is also located upstairs. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with TVs with internet capability. Netflix and YouTube TV are provided.The cabin is equipped with a main-level laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with NEW appliances for cooking, and there is a large dining room table for family meals. The open concept living room includes a fireplace.The true gem of this cabin is the rear covered porch with rocking chairs and a hot tub for relaxing with a cup of coffee or enjoying a beautiful sunset. A charcoal grill is also available. Walk down to the river to go tubing, trout fishing, or build a campfire. There are two automatic fish feeders on the property so, trout are always nearby. Trout are also stocked just up the river making this a prime fishing spot. If you just want to cool off, enjoy our community swimming pool (available Memorial Day-Labor Day).Our location is just minutes from Lake Chatuge, boat rentals, grocery stores, local boutiques, restaurants, and a hospital.
