The location of this condo is fantastic. Within walking distance of the condo, you can find restaurants, shopping, and hikes. The condo itself sits on the banks of the Fraser River and hiking and biking paths surround the area. Are you a skier? Then hop on the shuttle which stops in the building’s parking lot for a free ride to the slopes.The condo is approximately 1100 square feet and is laid out with 3 bedrooms (no loft bedrooms) tucked away at the back of the unit. The open kitchen and living room provide plenty of space for hanging out, playing games, and cooking a hearty meal after a long day on the slopes or trails. The interior of the condo is comfortable and cozy, and the well-stocked kitchen is ready for both the casual or accomplished chef.The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom and shower. The second cozy bedroom has a queen bed. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds that sleep 4, with a cute reading nook. There is a second full bathroom with a tub and shower. Additionally, the unit has a washer and dryer.The development also recently completed a new clubhouse that contains three hot tubs and a large pool. The clubhouse also has a work-out room, pool table, and nicely furnished clubhouse.Note: The condo is on the third floor and is an end unit.
