Once you see this breathtaking landscape, you won’t want to leave. Our cottage is the perfect mix of charm and convenience as it offers three bedrooms, one full bath with tub and sleeps 6. Theres two large dining tables on in the kitchen and one in the dining area so theres room for all the family to gather and enjoy a nice meal.This will be a vacation you won’t forget!! Theres many things to do right out the door of the cottage. Hiking, Swimming, Tubing, Rafting/Kayaking/Canoeing, Fishing, Grilling or Roasting marshmallows under a blanket of stars.The cottage is just a few minutes from Loafer’s Glory rafting and a mile or so from the local favorite Bonnie and Clyde’s restaurant.If you decide to venture out an explore the surrounding areas you can take a trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Near by State parks, Shopping, Biltmore Estate, Linville Falls, Grandfather Mountain.Johnson City, Boone, NC (Home of Appalachian State University) and Downtown Asheville NC are all just a short drive away and offer great food, crafts, local breweries and live music. Anything and everything to do is just a short drive away from our beautiful Riverfront cottage. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc… They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!DOG fees are extra and NONREFUNDABLE The pet fee $100 is per pet per stay or $109.75 with taxes included. i.e. Any length stays with two dogs equals two pet fees plus taxes which is $219.50. Maximum of TWO dogs!! More than two dogs constitutes prior approval by the homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals. DOGS ONLY allowed! No cats, bunnies, birds, or any other animals allowed unless approved by homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals.The following essentials will be provided for you to START your stay. Please don’t smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It’s generally around $5 per bundle.NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin.
