The second floor of the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, along with a knotty pine sleeping porch for additional sleeping. Also, the open suite in the lower level has a 70″ screen TV, game room and guest suite with sleeping for 4 along with its own private full bath. Our home is perfectly laid out for multiple families or a couples’ get away. The home contains cable TV and WIFI throughout.MAIN FLOOR:The open concept is great for spending time together. The kitchen opens to both the dining area and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a cook would need. There are beautiful granite counters with a gas stove for cooking. There is seating on the patio for dining or enjoying the view. You will find a fire pit to enjoy the nights and stocked with firewood. Also, there are steps leading to our dock on the Chubb River for some fishing or paddling. There are 2 kayaks and a canoe for your use.Amenities: All high end linens provided.
