A unique riverfront property located a stone’s throw from the iconic New Buffalo Lighthouse. This family & dog-friendly home is nestled between Lake Michigan and the Galien River Nature Preserve providing guests direct access to the best the area has to offer including swimming, water-sports, boating, fishing and observing nature & dining. Private beach access (seven houses down – Wolf Beach), public beach access is a few minutes walk, as is the public boat ramp.To enhance security, this property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras & noise monitors, solely monitoring outdoor areas without invading your privacy indoors. We utilize the noise monitors to help us prevent our guests from disturbing our neighbors. These devices do not record audio, but will alert us if noise levels are above a certain threshold.For anyone with allergies, when the owner is on-site between guest stays, there is a Main Coon Cat which is considered hypoallergenic and two Australian Shepherds that reside in the home. The house is deep cleaned between the owner’s and guest’s stays; however, we do understand allergies can be ruthless no matter what type of cleaning occurs, so we thought it would be important to be transparent.Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification via Superhog.Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.
