A number of popular attractions can also be found nearby including the Grand Lake Golf Course, Granby Ranch, and Winter Park Resort for year-round excitement.Between these two units, you’ll find a well-equipped, open-concept kitchen, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, a comfortable main living area with a fireplace and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels, and a dining table for mealtimes or family game nights.This condo also comes with a private washer/dryer.Things to KnowCheck in time: 4:00 PM.Check out time: 10:00 AM.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 1.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
