The sleeping quarters is a newly renovated detached garage converted into 2 level guest house. The cottage sits behind the main house, it’s about 75 feet from the waterfront lot. Located near Historic Harper’s Ferry. This lovely guesthouse has wonderful views any season, any time of day. Enjoy an evening cocktail and watch the sun go down over the Blue Ridge Mountains then view the stars from your private waterfront deck. Have your morning coffee on the secluded back deck where you may spot a grazing deer. Laze on the hammock and picnic in the shaded back yard. Fish for smallmouth bass or enjoy a good book on your dock. Use the boat ramp to launch your boat or jet-ski. Go for a hike, bike ride, or horseback ride on the C&O Canal tow path located directly across the river. Relax in the natural water “spa” amongst the rocks. Shop in quaint nearby Shepherdstown where you’ll find coffee shops and excellent dining. Watch thoroughbred horse racing or play the slots at Charlestown Races and Casino.
