There is a large deck around the house and a lower deck located right by the Smith River.After a day of swimming, fishing, kayaking, rowing, biking, hiking or exploring, you can return to the house to relax for a BBQ, roast marshmallows or just enjoy the river view only 30 feet from the deck. The large living room and fully equipped kitchen have large windows to enable you to cook indoors or outdoors while taking in the beautiful view including the flowing river. With 1 bedroom and a full bath downstairs, it is easy to get a restful night sleep. The two additional bedrooms and a full bath located upstairs provide an abundance of sleeping space for everyone and a great view of the redwoods that surround the property.
