Most things we can handle via text or phone call but can be available in person when needed.The home is situated on 130 feet of park-like river frontage that affords all the peace and serenity the North can offer. It is just upstream from Lake Charlevoix.You are located on a quite side street but right off the main hub of downtown Boyne City.The whole home and property are yours during the stay.Owner lives nearby and is radily available to be on site to help in the event of an issue arrising.Riversbye offers 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. 2 ensuites are upstairs and one is located on the main floor. A large sitting area with fireplace is located right off the full size dining area. The kitchen is well appointed and should have all you need to cook a fabulous meal or two during your stay. The front sitting area has a TV equipped with Roku stream all your shows with your log ins. While the inside is nicely appointed it likely will be spending most of your time outside on the beautifully crafted hardscaped patio. A large dining table, grill and yard await you. Please feel free to use the complimentary kayaks and canoe. Lifejackets are stored in the garage.The central air conditioning is in the bedrooms, baths and kitchen.
