Its one-story layout and ground-level entry make this unit a great accessible option. Upon entering this condo, guests will walk down a short hallway before finding themselves in the living space, complete with a living room, dining room and kitchen.The living room has plenty of seating for guests, a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV with Roku, books, and board games. The highlight of the living room is the wall-to-wall windows, which open up via a sliding door to a private covered deck facing the San Miguel River.The living room is open to the dining room, which has seating for six at the table with three additional seats at the breakfast bar, which is open to the kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops, all of the utensils needed to complete any meal, and stainless steel appliances including a toaster, coffee-maker, blender, microwave and kettle.Off of the living room is a short hallway where both bedrooms are. The master bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV and amazing views from two large windows, which face Mt. Emma and the San Miguel River. The ensuite bathroom has a large soaking tub/shower combination and a single vanity.The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king bed upon request. The hallway bathroom has a single granite vanity and a step-in steam shower with a built-in seat and a glass surround.Guests can enjoy wifi, a great location, and a narrow ski locker located right outside of this home.The Riverside complex has two outdoor hot tubs with glass surrounds so you can enjoy the trees and views.Downtown Telluride, the gondola, and Lift #8 are all within two short blocks of Riverside. Town Park is a stone’s throw to the east, and the Bear Creek trailhead is just off the parking lot.AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Many services are not available to travelers.
