Das Haus ist direkt am Fluss und ist der ideale Platz um Delfine, Seekuehe und tropische Voegel zu beobachten. Sofern man eine Pause von der Sonne benoetigt kann man sich unter dem ueberdachten Bereich der Terrasse zurueckziehen und sich auf der Lounge entspannen. Das Haus wurde komplett im Jahre 2018/2019 renoviert und auf den neusten technischen Stand gebracht.
