Lazy H Retreats brings you this multilevel home with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and lots of space inside and out for guests to spread out and relax!We urge all guests to communicate via their booking platform as our entire team monitors these 24/7 and it will be the quickest way to get in touch..Treetop Hideaway resides within a secluded, tranquil community, with a picturesque view of the river below. It’s conveniently near downtown and Canyon Lake!Visitors will use their individual door code to enter the home, and this code will remain active for the entirety of their stay..Treetop River Hideaway is a 2 story, 5 bed 2 1/2 bath, with amazing views from both levels. There is ample seating to enjoy the outdoors from the deck, and a fire pit in the yard for guests enjoyment.The main level of the house has an open floor plan to allow for plenty of space to entertain the whole group! There are 3 sets of french doors opening out to the wrap around deck which overlooks the lake. The main floor also includes the primary bedroom and a semiprivate converted room that includes 2 twin beds directly off of the kitchen. There is a half bath at the top of the stairs, and the primary bedroom has a full en-suite with a laundry room.The downstairs provides one private queen bedroom, a second semi private bedroom that shares a bathroom with the private queen bedroom. The other room includes a twin day bed and trundle bed for additional sleeping. There is access to the yard from downstairs as well as a great arcade game for the kids!As an added bonus, Treetop Hideaway has river access! Follow the winding staircase that leads directly to the edge of the river… Be sure to take water and utilize the many landings to rest and enjoy the views during your walk back to the top. There are over 200 steps so this is a unique adventure to get your cardio going! Beautiful Canyon Lake is also only 3 miles away, making this any water lovers dream vacation home!There is a kayak at the bottom of the stairs for the river. The garage should be well stocked with tubes. We don’t charge to rent them and cannot guarantee the state of the tubes in the garage since all guests have access to them.
