(It’s La Super-Rica on Milpas Street!)This warm and inviting split-level home offers sights of expansive coastal vistas from almost every area of the home. Inside the lofty wood-beam ceilings and open space enhance the large floor plan with local art and colorful photographs taken by the owner to add a homey feel. A sizable Kitchen flows into the Breakfast Area and Dining Room with more than enough seats to entertain. There’s one Living Room on each level and of the four generous Bedrooms, two are Primary Suites with abundant amenities.
