RL’s Place: Beach house 2.5 blocks from the beachThis 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is about 2.5 blocks from the ocean on a quiet street. It is suitable for FAMILIES ONLY. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Small fenced in back yard. Washer and dryer on site. King in the master bedroom, two large bedrooms with queen beds. Den with pull-out couch. There is an area at the beachfront which has parking spaces for vehicles. There are only two parking spaces per unit. We do not rent to house parties. No motorcycles. You must be 25 years old to rent this property. The house sleeps 8 comfortably.
