The dining area has seating for 10, with 8 at the dinner table and 4 at the bar, along with all the necessary dinnerware.OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is the heated, infinity 20’x10′ pool (5′ deep), and also includes a Propane BBQ. The entire rooftop is private and exclusively for your use. No one has access to the rooftop or pool, other than the pool cleaner who comes each Friday.PARKING: Public parking garage is available 1 block south Miami Beach Parking Garage.TRASH INSTRUCTION: Please take all trash bags to the dumpster located on the left side of the alley.WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 queen-sized air mattress, 12 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.
