Laundry machines are now free and ready to use for our guests.FREE PARKING: The parking area is located on the right and left sides in front of the building. Guests can park anywhere and we provide one parking space for each reservation.TRASH DISPOSAL:The dumpster is located on the front right side of the building.WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.AREA: The approximate unit size is 200 square feet.Guest Access:Guests have exclusive use of the entire property.Getting Around:We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber.Other Things to Note:Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in.
