Gaze out at the stunning ocean views, head down the stone steps that lead directly to the ocean and the Atlantic Path which takes you around the point to explore the waterfront of this gorgeous and historic, yet timeless, neighborhood. Off of the breakfast nook behind the kitchen is a gravel patio offering a sheltered space for grilling up your favorites, as well as a seating area to enjoy your al fresco meals.Also on the main floor is a well stocked library, with TV as well as an office area. A bedroom with twin beds is also on the main floor. There are pull-out trundle beds under each bed, good for the occasional overnight guest, or children. The full laundry is on this level as well. Finally there is a full bath with tub and shower.The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor. Both are ensuite, and have amazing water views and access to a waterfront deck. Both offer air conditioning. One has a full sized bed, and the other is a queen.Bring your bikes and kayaks to enjoy the best of the glorious Cape Ann coastline. Or head into downtown Rockport and check out the local art galleries, many great restaurants, shops and the world class Shalin Liu Performance Center.Take a morning walk through the nearby Halibut Point State Park, one of the few places in the world where you can stand at the lip of a fresh water quarry and see the ocean just beyond – it is spectacular!
