Third floor living space offers comfortable couches, with large screen TV & surround sound, day bed that sleeps 2, table area and desk area all with 270 degree views of Sandy Bay. Start your day with the sunrise from the 3rd floor morning coffee deck, watch sailboat races during lunch and sip your wine watching a sunset from the hot tub or the western facing deck warming by the fire from the gas stove for those cool summer nights. All fully air conditioned. Ample parking for three cars.
