If it is golf you prefer, Grizzly Ranch Golf course is just 7 minutes away and is ranked in the top 100 greatest public courses in the nation in 2021 Golf Digest. Not to mention 4 other golf courses in close proximity! Maybe you want to explore Graeagle? It just a short 1/2 hour drive away. Or sip a craft beer at Brewing Lair in Blairsden. For those people that want to explore what Plumas County has to offer, there are many great places to see such as Frazier Falls, Lakes Basin or Sardine Lake.Hiking, biking and wildlife viewing is plentiful in the area during spring, summer and fall. In fact near the Davis Lake dam you will notice the bald eagle nest. During the winter months at the lake, you can spend a peaceful afternoon ice fishing or snowshoeing.
