Lovingly designed by Tybee artists, Fred and Malinda Urvant, the condo reflects their eclectic Art-Deco style of design. Original paintings by the late Soho artist Larry Urvant and photographs by Fred Urvant adorn the walls. Restored Art-Deco furnishings and white tile floors complete the condo’s cozy design.Play on Tybee’s scenic Back River Beaches and return to your own private tropical garden to rest and relax. Enjoy a cool drink on your spacious screened porch or soak in the warm waters of your own private 4-person Jacuzzi. Rejuvenate in a soft-water shower and wrap yourself in fluffy towels of Egyptian cotton and sleep on European style linens.
