Only 17 minutes to Downtown Austin and 1 minute to a mouth watering margarita at The OASIS! The best bedroom view on the lake! Approximately 15 steep brick steps up to the front door.Owner allows one small to medium size dog. Property has a very small grass area for dogs. Road the property is on is quite curvy, not ample for walking.
