Queen sized bed, washer/dryer, full kitchen facilities, as well as a fully equipped artist’s studio. Perfect for artists and writers or anyone wanting a retreat space. A 2 minute walk through the woods takes you to the Damariscotta River and deep water access to the beauty of Maine’s waters. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. A small cabin behind the studio building is available as another bedroom for guests or as a music or writing room. Nearby attractions include a beach, a lighthouse, movie theater, gift stores, cafes, a bookstore, and a health food store that is “better than Whole Foods”.This apartment is available for rent all year. I rent by the week in July, August and September. All other months by the day – 2 night minimum.
