“Ron golden pond” is a place to make memories, a special home with great energy.We have 50′ frontage on the northeast side of Lamoka lake. Great sunsets and sun all day long.The lake house is interestingly furnished with collectables and art work. Soft pastel key west paint colors. Lots of large windows with lake views.We have 4 bdrms now…… one with a king,one with a queen, and one with a full.There is a futon and couch in the living room.The bathroom has a newly refinished claw tub and a shower. A 2nd bathroom will be ready soon.We are 12 miles from Watkins Glen, and there are at least 70 to 80 wineries within a 50 mile radius.We are newly listed so let yours be some of our first reviews.We are pet friendly and there is an additional one time pet fee not included in booking fee. ($75 per pet).We are on a private road with very friendly neighbors…… a great spot for lakeside walks, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boating, …etc.Check us out and your return will be very likely.Thanks, Ron.
