Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:• One complimentary parking spot is available at the Valet.• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.• Pets are not permitted in this residence.• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
