This is the master bedroom of single family home. Located on the border of Montecito and Santa Barbara. You will have your own entrance. And a locking sliding glass door to the room. All the sites and action of Santa Barbara are with in 20 minutes. With wine country of the Santa Ynez Valley about 45 minutes away. There is a full service grocery store 1 mile away. As well as a small corner store 1 block away. The beach is 5 minutes and downtown about 10 minutes away. There is a bus stop for your MTD public transportation system also 1 block away. I have turned the space into a oasis with plants in the enclosed private patio bedroom and bathroom.
