While The Frenchie is located within easy walking distance of downtown Round Top, it backs up to an open pasture providing country views and privacy. The Frenchie is a perfect lodging option for the Round Top Antique Shows, Festival Hill, Marburger Antique Weekend & all special events.Room 8 is located in the Art Studio. It has a king bed and 2 twin beds. Enjoy morning coffee or wine on the patio just outside your door.The Frenchie is a boutique hotel offering limited luxury amenities.Each room is outfitted with true luxury linens, pillows, towels and robes.Each room comes with access to our coffee bars.Each room comes with access to our honor bar (open 24hrs in the main house) where you can purchase sparkling water, Figi water and basic snacks.Each room comes with access to our fully stocked gourmet kitchen located in the main house (please leave the kitchen as you found it)Bed sheets are changed after your 3rd night with us.Each room is equipped with a smart tv with local channels.
