Welcome to this home made for enjoying the fabulous Naple’s sunshine.This house is located in Royal Harbor, a waterfront canal neighborhood off Naples Bay. The 2 bedroom 2 bath home has a lovely lanai, nice pool deck and a boat lift. Should you decide to rent a boat for your stay, you will be able to keep it in the backyard. Naples Bay is at the end of the short canal. Bike paths will lead you to the shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue, Tin City and 3rd Street. The beach is just minutes by car or bike.This home has 2 living rooms, one with dining table for 6 and the other with a pull out couch which can sleep 2. There is a large TV with Comcast in the Living room and Roko TV in the master bedroom. The house has an attached garage and laundry room. The master bath has a dressing area, separate sinks and a shower while the guest bath has separate sinks and a bathtub shower.The highlight of this home is the outdoor space. The lanai has seating for 4, a chaise lounge, and a egg swing perfect for reading! The pool deck has seating for 4 with a table for apps and wine!!! The heated pool is perfect for the cooler night swim or a dip to refresh on a hot day! The dock provided a perfect platform for catching the fish or just watching them jump in the water!!The kitchen has new appliances and washer and dryer are new.The tile and stone floors give this house a clean and fresh feeling. The floors and the fenced in yard make it easy for visiting dogs!
