Freshly remodeled, it has all new plumbing, heating, electrical, bathroom, kitchen, tile, wood, cabinets, gorgeous quarts counter tops, … etc! This Old House is Brand New!Located on 8th Avenue and College Drive is is so close to everything!: Co-Op Grocery Store, lots of restaurants and coffee shops, Horse Gulch Trail System, and only seven blocks from Main Avenue.The kitchen has amazing stone counter tops that wrap around into the dinning room with new wood cabinetry. Everything you need for family and friends to COOK!3 Luxury bedrooms with new Tempurepedic style mattresses and nice linens. There is a king sized in the master and queen in the second bedroom. The bathroom is located between the bedrooms and has all new marble and subway tile surround with a large curved shower/tub for deep and relaxing soaky baths. There is a third bedroom with a trundle bed, which has two double mattresses, and an in suite half bathroom. This third bedroom also functions as an office with a professional adjustable stand/sit desk and high end office chair. Complete with printer this is a very comfortable office.We have furnished it with a collection of French influenced farm style befitting this historic house.
